The below styling tips are going to change your life in a positive way we promise, that is if you want to feel taller, sexier or lose weight?

KNOW YOUR BODY

To dress for your shape you need to know your shape which means measuring the below four areas of your body with a soft measuring tape.

(We are shape poets!)

St Frock Tips:

♥ Ask your BF, GF or Kids  to help if movement is an issue for you.

♥ Wear as little clothing as possible….naked is preferable!

♥ The tape must be snug against the body, but not too tight.

♥ Stand in front of a mirror to ensure that the tape is level, stand straight with arms to the side.

THE AIM FOR ALL SHAPES = BALANCE+ HIGHLIGHT

MEASURE FOR SUCCESS

Shoulders - measure around the highest point of your shoulders

Bust - start at the fullest part of the breasts, then wrap the tape around you, going under your armpits

Waist - measure around the smallest point of your waist, this will be above your belly button and below your ribcage

Hips - measure around the largest part of your butt

HOURGLASS - Maintain Balance

Take the time to appreciate your beautifully balanced body. The hourglass body shape is naturally balanced with a defined waist.

+  Your hip and bust measure almost equal in size,

+  You have a small and defined waist

+  Your shoulders, butt and hips are rounded

+  Legs are in proportion to your upper body

+  If or when you gain weight it tends to be evenly spread
