All items can be returned within 60 days of receipt for store credit Please Note: Jewellery and headwear (including scrunchies) can not be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
Your store credit is valid for 12 months and can be used on our entire product range!
Full priced purchases can be returned for store credit. Products in our FINAL CLEARANCE category cannot be returned or exchanged unless it is faulty. Full priced and sale items can be returned for store credit
If you've purchased more than one size of the exact same item, you are able to return the additional sizes for a full refund to your original payment method. If you return all sizes, you will get a store credit for one of the sizes. Please Note: We do not offer direct exchanges, if you are unsure of sizing, you can purchase multiple sizes of the exact same item in the same order and return the extra sizes for a refund. If you return all sizes, you will get a store credit for one of the sizes. This option will not be valid if multiple sizes are purchased in different orders.
Items must be returned in their original condition, i.e unworn, unwashed and with all tags/buttons attached
Any items received by St Frock that are not in keeping with the above will be returned to you
For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns for exchange on earrings, necklaces, underwear, swimwear or hats
In line with Australian Consumer Law, we will refund, replace or repair faulty items
If you have received a faulty or incorrect item please email email@example.com with your order details and a photo of the fault/photo of the tag of the incorrect item and we will sort this out for you ASAP!
If you have placed and order outside of Australia please contact us to organise a return. We do not cover the return postage for International Orders
