Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking email from us to let you know your order has been picked, packed and is on the way. You will also receive email updates from Shippit letting you know the status of your delivery. If you haven’t received these make sure you check your junk mailbox or contact us.
The dispatch email contains the tracking link for your order, so remember to keep hold of it until you have received your order. Alternatively you can use the JOB ID number on the Australia Post website (https://www.auspost.com.au/track)
- Log in, go to My Account and click 'Return an Item'
- OR if you checked out as a Guest please visit our Guest Returns Page here
- Print your AusPost Returns label at home
- Your St Frock account will be credited within 5 days of receiving the return
US Returns: Unfortunately at this stage we do not offer returns or exchanges for international customers. If you have received a faulty or incorrect item please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order details and a photo of the fault/photo of the tag of the incorrect item and we will sort this out for you ASAP!

Remember – all our parcels need to be signed for, otherwise they will be taken to the closest post office for collection. If it is inconvenient to sign for your parcel we recommend using a Parcel Locker.
