AS OF MONDAY 21ST SEPTEMBER, ST FROCK RETURNS ARE NOW FREE!!

All items must be returned within 60 days of purchase in their original condition; unworn, unwashed and with all tags/buttons attached and for store credit only (valid for 12 months).

If you’ve purchased more than one size of the exact same item, you are able to return the additional sizes for a full refund to your original payment method. Products in our FINAL CLEARANCE category cannot be returned or exchanged unless it is faulty.

If you have placed an order outside of Australia please return your order to the address below, we do not cover the return postage for International Orders.

WHAT NEXT?

.Once we receive your return, we will process it within 8 days*, & send you an email to let you know when the credit has been applied & walk you through how to use it. *Please allow us a couple of extra days during sale/peak periods.

 

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item please email hello@stfrock.com.au with your order details and a photo of the fault/photo of the tag of the incorrect item and we will refund/ replace/ repair the item for you ASAP!
