St Frock x Mermade Hair giveaway

1. Promotion period
The promotion runs from 27 December to 27 January (AEST/ACDT). Entries submitted outside this period will not be eligible.

2. How to enter
To enter, participants must complete all required steps on the entry page, including opting in to both St Frock and Mermade Hair email lists (and any other requirements stated on the page, including following both brands on Instagram).

3. Eligibility
Open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older. Employees (and immediate family members) of St Frock and Mermade Hair are not eligible to enter. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta.

4. Prize
The total prize pool is valued at up to $2,000 (AUD), as described on this page. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash unless required by law.

5. Winner selection & notification
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the promotion period. The winner will be contacted via the details provided at entry. If the winner does not respond within a reasonable timeframe, St Frock reserves the right to redraw.

6. Privacy
By entering, participants consent to their information being collected and used by both St Frock and Mermade Hair for the purpose of administering the promotion and for marketing communications, in accordance with each brand’s privacy policy. Participants can unsubscribe at any time.

7. General
St Frock and Mermade Hair reserve the right to verify entries and entrants, and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. St Frock and Mermade Hair reserve the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion if required.
